GEM-STEM
Girls Empowered in Math, Science, Technology & Engineering is a signature initiative of The Diamond Project designed to expose girls ages 11–18 to STEM pathways through mentorship, experiential learning, and real-world skill development. The program provides a supportive, girl-centered environment where participants build confidence, develop critical thinking skills, and learn how to navigate and succeed in STEM fields.
